The Sun feels great loneliness and decides to nurture a flower-friend, to share with it the wonder of life and its grand journey.

However, the sunflower born for this special mission feels sorry for the Moon that wanders alone at night and suggests becoming friends with it as well. Now the Sun and the Moon have the Sun-Moon to accompany them and strengthen their light with its friendship and love.

With strolls, work, and playful adventures, they spend many nights and days until one evening the Sun-Moon hears a boy's cry. When it discovers that the child will be leaving his homeland and feels sad about it, it gifts him an entire homeland in a pouch to take with him.
