I have had it for six years, very expensive for what it offers, frequently malfunctions, the dealership is indifferent and the official service in Thessaloniki is unacceptable. Basically, when it breaks, the official service does not know what is wrong and how to fix it. Classic case of malfunction!

I have it for at least 5 years. Very satisfied. I live in Ioannina and I have to use it in every wash (a lot of humidity in the area and fireplaces). I even use it in the summer for towels (it makes them fluffy). Very good quality-price ratio. It has many programs, although I rarely separate the clothes.. I usually put them all together in the same program.. they haven't suffered any damage. I have it in a room in the house. It doesn't release humidity in the space. They told me at the beginning that I should open a window, let the humidity out.. it doesn't release humidity. Just a subtle sweet warmth. I highly recommend it without reservation!

It is simply perfect. It dries large quantities. They smell wonderful. The towels are very soft. Fluffy.
