It does what it says. I have a moka pot for double dose and in 3-4 minutes at 2000W the flow starts. The color darkens after the first uses because the protective oil polymerizes and forms a crust that protects the metal from rust (seasoning), just like with cast iron or carbon steel cookware. It can be removed with prolonged soaking in diluted vinegar but I wouldn't recommend it.

Βγαίνει με πολύωρη βύθηση σε νερωμένο ξύδι αλλά δε θα το συνιστούσα.
Great product, comes to the rescue of all traditional MOKA aficionados with induction stoves :)) I love it, I’m happy I bought it (couldn’t do otherwise..) and would definitely recommend it to all induction stove owners. Just expect discolouration with time (check my photos, but don’t let this deter you..) and ALWAYS hold it by the handle, as it gets scalding hot. The item arrived fast and as described.
Unfortunately, it was stolen from me (from the motorcycle trunk) before I had the chance to try it, but from what I could tell, it seemed to be very well made and not some cheap Chinese product. I don't have an opinion on the rest, but when I decide to buy again, I will come back.
