In general, I am very satisfied with the motherboard, but unfortunately its price (like all PC parts nowadays) does not correspond to what you get. If it was closer to 180-210 euros, it would be a 5 out of 5. Now I would give it more of a 4.5.
Advantages:
- What sets it apart from the competition at this price is that it has a very rich I/O, with a plethora of options and ALL USB ports are 3.0 and above. It has some incredibly fast 3.2 and type C ports, easy BIOS update/reset, WiFi, and optional HDMI. It also offers the option for USB 3 and type C for the front panel.
- It has the top chipset (Z790) for socket 1700, without completely exceeding the price (although there are more economical options with the same chipset, but without all the extra features it offers).
- It supports DDR-5 with a high clock speed (up to 7200 OC), but even when I run it at 5600 with XMP profile, it works flawlessly and their prices are now almost as affordable as DDR4, so I don't see a reason for someone in 2024 to invest in older technology.
- It has plenty of ports (4) for NVMe and supports PCI-e Gen5 (for future use, even though the price-performance ratio makes it prohibitive).
- Good thermal management and quality capacitors, which gives confidence to those who want to overclock their system.
- Sufficient built-in fan control for conventional fans, RGB LED control (4 and 3 pin JRGB V2), and liquid cooling management.
- Quality audio chipset.
- User-friendly BIOS interface.
Disadvantages:
- I can't find any immediate disadvantage, except that I would like it to be 15-20% cheaper, because motherboard prices are getting higher and higher.
- For some, the lack of RGB lighting on the motherboard and its completely black and stealth color will definitely be a disadvantage, but for me, these were advantages and another reason to choose it, so now we are talking subjectively about a matter of taste.
- I would like to have a few more options and customizations in the BIOS, compared to what the competition offers.
Σε γενικές γραμμές είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος με την μητρική, αλλά δυστυχώς η τιμή της (όπως και όλα πλέον τα pc parts) δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό που παίρνεις. Αν ήταν πιο κοντά στα 180-210 ευρώ θα ήταν 5 στα 5. Τωρα πιο πολύ 4.5 θα έβαζα.
Πλεονεκτήματα:
- Αυτό που την ξεχωρίζει από τον ανταγωνισμό σε αυτή την τιμή είναι ότι έχει πολύ πλούσιο I/O, με πληθώρα επιλογών και ΟΛΕΣ οι usb είναι 3.0 και πάνω. Έχει μερικές τρομερά γρήγορα 3.2 και type C, εύκολο BIOS update/reset, WiFi και optional hdmi. Επισης δίνει επιλογή για usb 3 και type C για το μπροστά panel.
-Εχει το κορυφαίο chipset (Z790) για socket 1700, χωρίς να ξεφεύγει εντελώς στην τιμή (αν και υπάρχουν πιο οικονομικές επιλογές με ίδιο chipset, χωρίς όμως όλα τα έξτρα που προσφέρει)
- Υποστηρίζει DDR-5 με αρκετά υψηλό χρονισμό (μέχρι 7200 OC), αλλά και εγώ που το δουλεύω στα 5600 με XMP profile πάει σφαίρα και οι τιμές τους πλέον είναι σχεδόν όσο προσιτές είναι οι DDR4, οπότε δεν βλέπω λόγο κάποιος εν έτη 2024 να επενδύσει σε πιο παλιά τεχνολογία.
- Έχει άφθονες θύρες (4) για NVmE και υποστηρίζει PCI-e Gen5 (για μελλοντική χρήση για ακόμα η σχέση τιμής απόδοσης της καθιστά απαγορευτικές).
- Καλή θερμική διαχείριση και ποιοτικά capacitors, που δημιουργεί αυτοπεποίθηση σε όποιους θέλουν να κάνουν overclock το σύστημα τους.
- Αρκετά ενσωματωμένα fan control, για συμβατικούς ανεμιστήρες, RGB led control (4 και 3 pin JRGB V2) και διαχείριση υδροψηξης.
- Ποιοτικό chipset ήχου
- Ευχρηστο BIOS interface.
Μειονεκτήματα:
- Δεν βρίσκω κάποιο άμεσο μειονέκτημα, πέρα του ότι θα την ήθελα 15-20% πιο φτηνή, γιατί όσο πάνε και ξεφεύγουν οι τιμές στις M/B.
- Για κάποιους θα είναι σίγουρα μείον ή παντελης έλλειψη rgb πάνω στην μητρική και το εντελώς μαύρο και stealth χρώμα της, αλλά για εμένα πχ αυτά ήταν πλεονεκτήματα και άλλος ένας λόγος για να την επιλέξω, οπότε πλέον μιλάμε υποκειμενικά για θέμα γούστου.
- Θα ήθελα μερικές παραπάνω επιλογές και παραμετροποιήσεις στο BIOS, σε σύγκριση πάντα με το τι προσφέρει ο ανταγωνισμός.
