Even the company itself admitted that the continuous disconnections of the sensor are due to the fact that I have connected the 5-meter extension. As soon as I removed it, I was able to take temperature measurements normally. In the end, the solution was given by shortening the extension cable to two meters.
Ακόμα και η ίδια η εταιρεία παραδέχθηκε οτι για τις συνεχείς αποσυνδέσεις του αισθητήρα φταίει οτι έχω συνδέσει την 5μετρη προέκταση. Μόλις την έβγαζα έπερνα κανονικά τις μετρήσεις της θερμοκρασίας. Τελικά, η λύση δόθηκε μικραίνοντας το καλώδιο της προέκτασης στα δυο μέτρα.
With the 5-meter extension (RJ9), measurements are only available for high temperatures (in my case, 51 seems to be the limit)

The extension doesn't work. You will get it for free. Obviously, because it doesn't have shielding. The only solution for extension is to buy a special command cable with 3x0.75 shielding and connect it to the sensor. That's what I did and it works perfectly.
Η προεκταση δεν δουλευει. Τσαμπα θα το παρετε. Προφανως επειδη δεν εχει θωρακιση. Η μονη λυση για επεκταση η αγορα ειδικου καλωδιου εντολων με θωρακιση 3χ0,75 και το ενώνεται με τον αισθητηρα. Αυτο εκανα εγω και δουλευει αψογα.
Unfortunately, it does not work and after about two hours it loses its connection with the sensor. Used in combination with Sonoff TH2O origin. For now, I have cut the extension in half and connected it with a clip. I will upload an update if it gets fixed.
Δυστυχώς δεν δουλεύει και μετά από περίπου δύο ώρες χάνει τη διασύνδεση του με τον αισθητήρα .Δουλεμένο σε συνδυασμό με Sonoff TH2O origin. Προς το παρόν έχω κόψει κατά δύο μέτρα την επέκταση και έχω ενώσει με κλιπ .Θα ανεβάσω update εάν επιδιορθωθεί.
It was purchased to expand the sensor of the new Sonoff Elite TH20 with a screen. It only worked for 8 hours. After that, it loses connection with the sensor. The sensor itself, with a cable length of 50 centimeters, works perfectly. I will try the other Sonoff AL560 extension cable. I should inform you that the Elite TH20 comes with an adapter for pin sensors in the package (I bought an adapter separately and had extra, the store didn't inform me). I do not recommend the extension cable, it doesn't work.

After cutting the extension by 2.20 meters, it no longer loses connection with the sensor using the adapter and the 2.5mm jack. I should note that there is also a sensor with an RJ9 plug that may work properly.
Αγοράστηκε για να επεκτείνει τον αισθητήρα του νέου με οθόνη Sonoff Elit ΤΗ20. Δούλεψε για 8 ώρες μόνο. Μετά χάνει την σύνδεση με τον αισθητήρα. Μόνο του ο αισθητήρας με μήκος καλωδίου 50εκατοστα δουλεύει άψογα. Θα δοκιμάσω το άλλο καλώδιο επέκτασης Sonoff AL560. Να ενημερώσω ότι το Elit ΤΗ20 έχει αντάπτορα στην συσκευασία για αισθητήρες με καρφί (αγόρασα μαζί αντάπτορα και μου περίσσεψε, δεν με ενημέρωσε το κατάστημα που αγοράστηκε). Δεν το προτείνω το καλώδιο επέκτασης, δεν λειτουργεί.

Αφού έκοψα κατά 2,20m την προέκταση πλέον δεν χάνει τον αισθητήρα με αντάπτορα και jack2,5mm. Να επισημάνω ότι υπάρχει και αισθητήρας με βύσμα Rj9 πού ίσος να λειτουργεί κανονικά...
