Better than nothing, very cheap, a bit thick and uncomfortable and it can make you sleep with your mouth open

It does its job in a way. But if you have time and money, get a mouthguard made by a dentist.

Easy to fit to your teeth, but quite hard, which is bothersome during sleep.

Unfortunately, it is quite thick, which forces you to keep your mouth open and your jaw to rest in the wrong position, which is quite important so that you don't feel pain the next day.
It contains 2 pieces inside, both of the same size, there is room to cut material if it is long, but the thickness does not change.

It easily took the shape of the teeth/gums/cheeks and does not cause discomfort.
Obviously, you sleep with your mouth open, that's necessarily how it works, so expect a dry mouth and throat.
I have no experience comparing it with the regular dental ones that cost over €200 made by dentists in dental labs. For a trial, it is good.

Even one star is too much, uncomfortable, I think to serve someone they must have a gorilla's jaw. Hard, annoying, my gums were injured, the worst thing out there...

Very thick and adjusts relatively difficult if you have slightly crooked teeth. I got it for a teenager who has slightly protruding front teeth and it didn't fit him at all

Quite harder than other mouthguards I have tried, but I feel it is of better quality and seems to hold its shape for longer. It protects the teeth and reduces pain.

Unfortunately, I was unable to make the adjustment needed for my teeth. I struggled a lot and after many attempts, it did not turn out right.

I don't think there's any reason to bother. You go to the dentist and they make one that fits you perfectly. This one, even though you have two attempts to (not) get it right, has a lot of excess material on the side (in the gum area) that personally hurt me, and it's not that I have small teeth. Only for emergency use.

Realistically, it does its job if you want to avoid spending 150 - 200 euros on a dental mouthguard. It is bulky, as expected. The process of giving it the right shape, although simple, is not that easy, especially if you want to remove some bulk it has in order to close your mouth. It includes two mouthguards. The first one broke during this process and was thrown away. With the second one, I didn't attempt to remove any bulk so that the money I spent wouldn't go completely to waste.

It's hard to get used to because it's bulky, but the regular ones from the dentist are very expensive. I have it as a second option because I travel all the time. I don't know if it's suitable for a permanent solution.

I waited a few days of use to comment. After strictly following the instructions the first time, my impressions are positive. It sits well in place and provides its services to the maximum. I don't feel any pain in my gums, nor did I need to cut it anywhere. Only sometimes I take it out in my sleep, unconsciously, but this has nothing to do with the material. Get it but give it the right shape with great care!

I couldn't get them to the shape I wanted, and I had to cut them because they were hitting my gums on the back teeth, but they do their job fine

Update 21/2/26: It is very compact and thick with a rather predetermined shape and difficult to adjust to the denture. They are large in size only for the upper denture and so on. For me, even for the upper one, it is big, long (can be cut), and wide. If you cut it, it irritates the gums and it does not shape easily. So it rises high on the gums. Very thick and the jaw remains open in an uncomfortable position. You avoid a headache, but the jaw hurts. Other less compact ones are more convenient and with a little trimming on all sides, etc., they adapt easily (once it softens, you spread the edges).

Having made 2 dental fillings (each costing 150 euros) and not being able to tolerate them, this saved me!!! Because I have a few protruding front teeth, anything I had tried before was painful and collected saliva, it was unbearable!! I was trying for months to get used to them and nothing!! This one is soft (unlike the dentist's), if you follow the instructions it applies perfectly. I was worried because I have a crooked dental alignment but it had a perfect fit. It is not particularly bulky, like all fillings are. Excellent for its price!

It's excellent!! I used to wake up every day with jaw pain and headaches because I clenched my teeth during sleep. From the first night of use, I felt a huge difference. Just follow the instructions carefully to shape it exactly to each person's dental alignment. I had to do the shaping process a second time and it turned out exactly as it should. It's a bit thick, but it doesn't bother me. I would buy it again.

I have been grinding my teeth in my sleep for over 10 years, resulting in not being able to eat hard foods without pain. I had gotten two mouthguards made by the dentist, both of which I broke, and of course, because the cost was high each time (cost of 300€ every 7 months!), I decided to try this one! Okay, it's not the perfect construction you would get from the dentist, but at least I don't wake up with migraines that ruin my mood and day, and I don't have tooth pain either. And I say this after using it for 3 months now. I highly recommend it! Just be careful about how long you leave it in boiling water and follow the instructions exactly.

Stable, doesn't move from its position all night, it's somewhat bulky but does the job just fine and is an economical way to solve your problem.

This thing is huge. I can't keep it in my mouth because it makes you want to vomit! Mouth stays open! You can't even swallow. Failure, this gumdrop I don't know what mouths it's meant for.

If one follows the instructions correctly, it becomes perfect, I only used one because I put it only on the upper jaw. I highly recommend it, at least as a backup from what I have already made at the dentist, I do not know if it works as a completely basic one. Personally, I clench and grind them so I have a harder one than the dentist as the main one.

I could never adjust it to my teeth so I didn't save the dentist's bill. Maybe I didn't do something right but I definitely wouldn't buy it again since I struggled enough

Very good! You follow the instructions and after the form comes out, you cut with a pair of scissors whatever protrudes and bothers you. I can't understand why some people say it's very hard and huge. Maybe they don't know that you should only use one, not both, that the package comes with!

Pure disappointment and I was really looking forward to it.. hoping to save my teeth.. According to the instructions, I initially put it in warm water for 20 minutes and the material was sticking excessively, so it formed incorrectly and the two walls stuck together in the front. I repeated it again for a shorter time and struggled a lot to bring it back to its proper shape. First of all, I have to say that it doesn't fit my mouth. I'm afraid it will dry out my throat. I can only lie on my side mainly, otherwise I might choke on the saliva it holds in the back. I did notice, of course, that it fits better on my lower jaw and is more comfortable, but it is too long and it hurts my gums in the back. I thought about cutting it, but it's too hard to achieve. Overall, it hurts and it's not comfortable. I will try to use it because I won't have teeth in the end and because I don't want to accept that I wasted 20€, and I will come back if I succeed.

Inside it has two mouthguards, I ruined the first one because I left it for 20'' and it collected all the water. I barely left the second one in hot water, I wore it just like that, it's awful. It's huge and I felt while sleeping that something was weighing me down and I was going to suffocate. I prefer to pay a little more and have an orthodontist make me a mouthguard instead of this. One of the worst purchases.

The truth is that I expected that I wouldn't be able to sleep with this. At first, I used it quite a bit, it takes the shape of the dental arch as they say, of course it never stops being something huge for the mouth. Anyway, for the test that I wanted, to see if it's worth paying a lot of money to a dentist to make it custom for me, it does. Because it is very economical, you can try how you will sleep

Chunky cut for something you should wear in your sleep. It really looks like a boxing protector rather than something that will just make you sleep somewhat comfortably without grinding your teeth. However, I find it difficult to get used to it. I would not recommend it.
