I have had it for 1 year. I realized something. This pillow, ok at first it has a certain height but when I get up from sleep the pillow becomes 3 centimeters! I do not recommend it, I am sorry. And it’s not because a pillow is medium or hard. It’s because of what they put inside, foam etc., it heats up with body temperature and sinks in. Also, I prefer my head not to sink into the pillow.
