For the first time, I bought a ceramic device to heat a small bathroom as the only source of heating. I never felt that it was really warming up, and when I got close to the device, I felt my skin burning without ever feeling warm. I definitely would not choose it again and probably will never buy a ceramic heater again. I've had it for a year; it hasn't caused any issues, but this year, with a little less money, I acquired a very efficient bathroom heater. A major downside is that it has no handle to grab it.
