The AMILA Landmine is a portable accessory for performing exercises with an Olympic barbell, designed to increase explosiveness and range of motion. No rack or rig is needed: one end is secured between two 20 kg bumper plates. The rotating top allows you to perform exercises such as the Landmine Press, Landmine Row and Standing Barbell Russian Twist.

The sleeve fits Olympic barbells with a diameter of 50 mm. The accessory can also be attached to the AMILA Super Sled and AMILA Sled, and is suitable for both home gyms and professional facilities.
