  • This review is about the strap colour: Black

If you're looking for something Casio no matter what, you won't be disappointed, because it is indeed a Casio. As I see you and you see me, because if you have presbyopia like I do, it may even be the only thing you'll see without glasses, apart from the time on the hands, maybe. If it's not night.
To give you an idea, they sent me a message…

The feeling: “9 o’clock for coffee at the 7 cousins’?”
Me: -“I can’t see the time!”
My daughter: “Dad, will you take me to tennis tomorrow?”
    -“I can’t see the day!”
The doctor: “For that vasectomy we were talking about, is March okay?”
    -“I can’t see the month!”
Younger people will be satisfied, I think, without a vasectomy.

There is night illumination, deeply inspired by the secret school, with which you can see the digital display quite well and a bit more than half of the rest of the watch. Let’s not be greedy.

The strap is extremely hard to die for, but fortunately it has a circular shape that in the end doesn’t bother you, and combined with the negligible weight you’ll forget you’re wearing it, so you won’t need to see the time either. One stone with one shot, as they say.

Otherwise, when I was trying to set the alarm, I thought it was broken because I couldn’t hear a thing. I had to bring my ear very close to realize that only a bat could wake up to the ultrasonic sounds I could barely hear, and even then only if it sleeps standing up or its neighbor nudges it.

As for the other features like stopwatch, countdown, world time, etc., those 5 alarms it mentions, I take them with a grain of salt. Yes.

Ah! It also has Bluetooth for connecting to a phone for time synchronization and easier settings, but it takes Job-like patience to download 120 megabytes, register, reply to the confirmation email, and wait for the back-and-forth of data between watch and phone just to “see”… the time.
I, anyway, took out my phone to set all that up, saw it was almost 9:00, put it back in my pocket and ran off to the café, but I forgot to take the watch because I thought I was wearing it (face palm).

Even so, if you buy it just for the looks, you’ll be satisfied and no one will judge you.

In conclusion, it doesn’t have the luxurious appearance of the Edifice, but a matte industrial look that brings to mind equipment from a future aircraft, and at ~€140 now we’re not talking about profit, because with that money you could get some other more functional model or 5 alarms.

    A very lightweight G-Shock watch.
    Compact in size without protrusions.
Easily connects to the Casio app where you can find many functions beyond time setting.
The only thing I would like is for the hands to be whiter and more legible.

I bought this watch from an international online store and not from Skroutz. It is a very good choice for a durable watch. I have worn it in the sea, during manual labor with dirt and mud, and it has withstood without any problems. It has great resistance to falls. I liked that it is thinner compared to its predecessors. The backlight is satisfactory (compared to previous models where nothing was visible). There is an app that synchronizes the mobile with the watch and allows you to adjust the time accurately, set alarms, check the world time, etc. Unfortunately, the app constantly sends notifications for disconnections, which is annoying. For its price (100€), it is a very good choice.

I bought it from abroad at a significantly lower price than the one sold in Greece. I don't know the reason for such a price difference here...
Now, onto the important things, the watch is beautiful and very lightweight, you don't even feel like you're wearing it.
It connects to the mobile phone via Bluetooth on its own, after of course you connect it first with the Casio app, and the time is always accurate.
The only thing I don't like is that the clasp doesn't inspire much confidence as it is made of plastic. Additionally, because the clasp protrudes slightly from the rubber strap, it can get caught on clothes (see photos).
Other than that, it is an excellent watch that I would buy again.
