The WizKids Greece Lightning board game is a strategy and trireme racing game in which players try to be the first to complete two laps around a circular course. Players move using two dice, while a third die offers the chance to move faster, but risks forfeiting the movement from the other two dice if its roll is lower than the second die’s.
During the game, players collect sections of the course and place them on the loop, changing the route or blocking opponents with the Hydra. They also collect cards representing the gods’ favor, which grant special abilities, as well as fish to feed the Hydra, while avoiding whirlpools and shifting sea currents.
