It rusted both on the handle that opens and inside, and the smell it leaves after each grilling is very unpleasant

it is only for a normal two people maybe three depending on how much people eat. it's not for a big family. plus the inside rust within time. it's not a good

The chicken on the spit is perfect, like from a grill house... it fits a whole small chicken, but the instructions have a restriction on the maximum weight (900g I think?) anyway, I have put in more. Usually, I put one and a half in 2 batches. It has a large capacity, with the racks you can easily fit a whole chicken in pieces and even more. For potatoes, it's the worst, but I think the same applies to all air fryers... they don't come out like fries... and it takes a long time.
I hoped they would cook better with the cylinder but that was a flop too... maybe I put too many... but if you have to put it for 20'-30' for one serving, it's not worth it. Just use a fryer. In general, it does what it promises... it's a small oven, quality construction... I prefer it a thousand times over those with a removable basket, because there you can't stack the food.

Very low power, it takes a very long time to prepare the food. But it is very easy to clean. It is not quiet but it does not smell strongly.

I bought it in 07/2023 and I was very satisfied the first year. The truth is that it is a small oven with the logic of an airfryer. It roasted chicken on the spit very well. And the fact that it has two racks offers the possibility to cook a larger quantity of food than a simple airfryer, of course by alternating the two racks up and down so that the food cooks evenly. Very soon, however, the bottom tray for the fats started to rust and generally the inside of the oven as well. Luckily, I called and was informed that it has a warranty and a refund if your request is approved by an authorized representative. I found a representative, he saw the airfryer and immediately approved the replacement or refund. Naturally, I chose a refund

The product arrived damaged in many places without the user manual, with the door seal removed from the glass, damaged internally, and the rotating part is non-functional due to the impact

Despite reading about oxidation and doing everything possible, it oxidized again with not even 50 uses in 2 years, it doesn't seal and constantly loses moisture. Unacceptable quality for so much money.

I have had it for 18 months. My son cooks meat very often due to his gym diet and such, the bottom tray indeed, even though it is enamel, started to wear out, I think it's reasonable, with the grease and just as much washing. At first, the plastics smelled, now nothing. It has found its place in the kitchen. It is a nice little oven. It's neither Schwarzenegger nor Chuck Norris. We solved the problem with the tray by using parchment paper. Okay... we can't have everything our way. For me, it's worth the money. For the next model that looks very similar... I don't know. Personally, I recommend it.

From here I saw the oxidation problem it presents, until then I had a very good impression in use for 3 months... after I realized it in my own oven I contacted the company, then the purchasing store and the change was made immediately... however they sent the same model which obviously the same will happen in the future!
If I knew, I would choose the same oven but from another company that has the entire exterior covered in black plastic (this is what I initially chose, but ended up here for the brand name and product design.)

It is for only 1 person, I wonder about the other devices with fewer liters.. it only cooks from the top and differently since the air comes out from the top right, without using chemicals all stainless steel gradually oxidizes... unfortunately I threw away the box and I regret the 135€ I bought it as a reputable company and I regret it!!! Noisy... I forgot to mention that the air comes out from the back so you have to turn it sideways for the air to escape!!!

From a cooking perspective, I have grilled burgers with potatoes and they have come out crispy and delicious with minimal oil. The problem for me is the strong plastic smell that still persists even after cooking 15 times, and this smell transfers to the food. I will speak to the representative in the next few days for a replacement

The potatoes are always undercooked, no matter what I have tried unless you cut them very thin and use very few (not even one serving).
The worst part is that from the first time it started rusting and it has a permanent plastic smell that transfers to the food!!!!!!

It's perfect! With the previous airfryer I had, we couldn't cook for 2 people, but this one is like an oven! The only negative is that it takes longer than the previous one I had. In that one, I cooked burgers for 10+10 (each side), now I need 15+15

It cooks many different types of food with the helpful preset programs with the corresponding food icon. If some people are not satisfied with the time and temperature, they can be easily adjusted to their liking with a little experimentation.
The capacity is quite good and doubles if both racks are placed. The rotating function with the basket is good, as long as it is not full, while in flat food variations, they stick to it, making cleaning difficult, the same goes for the racks, it is good to use non-stick paper.
It is a good tool, functioning as a complement to the large oven, suitable for up to two people, maybe even as a basic cooking medium. It is quite fast, economical, easy to transport, and most importantly, it offers a healthy way of eating with minimal oil required.
