Risoli produces high-quality products exclusively made from cast aluminum with a thick base and original Teflon coatings, scratch-resistant without Pfoa and nickel. This technology allows for greater speed and even heat distribution, for more natural cooking.

IMPORTANT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Before using the pan for the first time, wash it with warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and lightly season with oil or butter.
  • Low or medium temperature is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. Never overheat the pan.
  • The pan should be used only for cooking. Do not use the pan to store food for extended periods.
  • Only use wooden and nylon utensils and do not cut food in the pan.
  • After use, allow the pan to cool for a while, clean it in warm soapy water, and dry it well.
  • We do not recommend using a dishwasher; some harsh cleaners may damage the product.
  • A slight change in color of the coating on the inside of the pan has no negative effect on the quality of the product.
  • The bakelite handles of the pans are heat-resistant from 180-240°C.
  • Pots and pans without plastic parts are also suitable for the oven.
  • RISOLI products are suitable for all types of cookers (gas, electric, ceramic/halogen, oven).
  • We also offer a specific range called "INDUCTION" suitable for use with induction cookers.
