Truly the best screen protector I have ever put on my phone. You can't even tell that something is installed; on the contrary, it might be even glossier than the original factory screen. You feel like you're looking at the factory screen, that's how perfectly it fits. However, it is almost impossible to install it by yourself for two reasons:
1) It includes liquid glue which is applied between the screen and the protector for a proper fit. It also comes with transparent stickers to cover the speaker, cameras, etc., so that the glue doesn't drip inside. So, it's a big hassle if you haven't done it before and there's a 99% chance you might damage your phone if the glue runs anywhere.
2) This glue cures with a UV lamp, which is NOT included in the package.
Therefore, you should have it installed by a technician who knows what they're doing or have it installed at the store where you bought it. I got it through Skroutz, but fortunately the store that sent it was nearby, so I popped in and they installed it for me free of charge. Note that for the glue to cure, it needs a full 20 minutes under the UV lamp, so plan your schedule accordingly.
As a result, it is highly recommended without a second thought and is leagues above conventional tempered glasses. You put it on and forget about it. Ideally, I would have preferred it to have an oleophobic coating, which it doesn't, so fingerprints remain just like on the factory screen! However, it does have a pretty good hydrophobic coating, which I noticed from my phone mount on the motorcycle in the rain, as the water slid off easily. Let's hope it also protects the screen in case of a fall!
Πραγματικά το καλύτερο τζαμάκι που έχω βάλει στο κινητό μου. Δεν καταλαβαίνεις ότι υπάρχει κάτι τοποθετημένο, αντιθέτως παίζει να είναι πιο glossy από την εργοστασιακή οθόνη. Νομίζεις ότι βλέπεις την εργοστασιακή οθόνη, τόσο τέλεια εφαρμογή έχει. Ωστόσο είναι οριακά αδύνατον να το εγκαταστήσετε μόνοι σας για δύο λόγους:
1) Περιλαμβάνεται υγρή κόλλα η οποία μπαίνει ανάμεσα σε οθόνη και τζαμάκι για να κάνει σωστή εφαρμογή. Έχει μέσα και διαφανή αυτοκολλητάκια για να καλύψεις ηχείο, κάμερες κλπ για να μην στάξει η κόλλα μέσα. Άρα μεγάλος μπελάς αν δεν το έχεις ξανακάνει και κατά 99% παίζει να κάνεις και ζημιά στο κινητό αν τρέξει πουθενά η κόλλα.
2) Η κόλλα αυτή πολυμερίζεται με λάμπα UV, η οποία ΔΕΝ περιλαμβάνεται στη συσκευασία.
Συνεπώς, πας και στο βάζει τεχνικός που ξέρει ή στο τοποθετούν στο κατάστημα που το αγόρασες. Εγώ το πήρα μέσω σκρουτζ αλλά ευτυχώς το κατάστημα που το έστειλε ήταν κοντά μου και πετάχτηκα και μου το τοποθέτησαν χωρίς χρέωση. Υπόψη, ότι για να πολυμεριστεί η κόλλα, θέλει ένα γεμάτο 20λεπτο κάτω από τη λάμπα UV, οπότε κανονίστε το πρόγραμμά σας χρονικά.
Σαν αποτέλεσμα προτείνεται χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και είναι κλάσεις ανώτερο από τα συμβατικά tempered glasses. Το βάζεις και το ξεχνάς. Ιδανικά θα προτιμούσα να είχε και oleophobic coating κάτι που δεν έχει και μένουν πάνω δαχτυλιές όπως στην εργοστασιακή οθόνη! Ωστόσο έχει αρκετά καλή υδροφοβική επίστρωση, που το διαπίστωσα από τη βάση κινητού της μηχανής σε βροχή και το νερό γλιστρούσε εύκολα. Ας ελπίσουμε να προστατέψει και την οθόνη σε περίπτωση πτώσης!
