What impressed me most was the world Holly Black created. The political intrigue, the twists, and the atmosphere of the world kept my interest fully engaged. As a new reader of books in this genre, it was the first time I read such a dynamic and determined protagonist as Jude, which made me like her even more.
The only thing I found difficult was that the chapters were quite long, since I personally prefer shorter ones. Even so, the plot was so interesting, with constant twists, that I managed to finish the book in just two or three days.
However, I would not recommend it to someone who is mainly looking for intense romance. It is a fantasy with romance as a subplot, where the focus is on the world, the conflicts, and the political games. The romantic element develops slowly and subtly, often leaving the reader to "read between the lines" and imagine many of the protagonists' feelings for themselves.

Nice imagination and a lot of descriptive writing. It's good that there are also fantasy stories without smut in them because I feel like I'm reading hentai at times

You connect with the protagonists of the story, your writing style conveys the emotions they have. Very clever and original story that makes you anticipate the continuation. Undoubtedly 5/5 stars!
