Vivechrom Top Bond Primer is a water-based acrylic primer for absorbent surfaces such as plaster, concrete and plasterboard. It is semi-transparent and off-white, waterproofs the surface and makes it rougher, improving the adhesion and application of cement-based mortars, adhesives and thermal insulation renders. It is part of Vivechrom’s THERMOPROTECT external thermal insulation system.
It offers good penetration, alkali resistance, flexibility and adhesion, even at low temperatures. It can be tinted using the CHROMOSYNTHESE system in 317 shades from the Exterior Colour Collection fan deck and has a VOC content of up to 1 g/l.
