This variety of chard produces large plants up to 10 cm wide with wavy leaves. It has heat resistance. The leaves from the chard are delicious in soups or chopped like spinach, and the ribs are cooked au gratin.
Soil Tips: To ensure a quick and prolonged harvest period, re-seed and water your chard regularly. Chard prefers a sunny position.
- Sowing Tips:
- Sowing: Sow from April to July in rows spaced 40 centimeters apart.
- Thinning: When the chard has 3-4 leaves, remove the smaller ones so that in the end, there is only chard every 40 centimeters.
- Harvesting: Harvest from August to November.
