The black plyometric box 50x40x30cm DSC03 HMS is a wooden box designed for crossfit-type workouts. By flipping the box onto different sides, we can achieve three heights and adjust them to the athlete's level.

The material of the box is wooden plywood, which creates puzzle connections, ensuring stability and durability in the construction. Additionally, the walls are covered with a special coating that protects against shoe slipping during exercises. Another advantageous aspect of the coating is that after training, stains can be easily removed.

The corners of the box have been smoothed, and the interior has been reinforced, ensuring safe training. Two cut-out openings facilitate the transportation of the box.
