Πολλή καλή οδοντόβουρτσα. Εύκολη στην χρήση, άνετη και αποδοτική. Τα επόμενα μοντέλα προσφέρουν υπερβολικά πολλά άχρηστα χαρακτηριστικά, που δεν χρειάζονται στην πλειοψηφία των ανθρώπων, μόνο σε ειδικές περιπτώσεις. Όσο για την τιμή, θα μπορούσε να πέσει 10-20€, αλλά εντάξει.
I bought the toothbrush as the cheapest of the iO series. It is very good in cleaning, really exceptional compared to an old but sturdy one I had in 2011 (Trizone Smartseries 5000). It has a pressure sensor that notifies you for both low and high pressure with the LED. Of course, this iO is not as advanced, but it does the basic job. I don't have an opinion on comparing it to more recent cheaper models, but I was satisfied.
Regarding the battery, it lasted for two weeks. In the beginning, it lasted about 10 days (I brush a lot, it gives 2 weeks with 2 minutes per day, I did 3 minutes per day, so it was excellent). After 2 weeks, though, it lasted a maximum of 2 days. Plus, it took 17 hours to charge!! (Within specs, Oral-B says 16 hours).
I contacted customer service and they told me that it hasn't been imported to Greece! However, they assured me that they will take care of me! Note that my issue seems to be extremely common, from what I understood. Oral-B's service is exceptional. They gave me what they had in front of them, a Series 8. It had an additional screen (whatever) and a motion sensor to guide you in the app (it's fun when it works, but it's not for compulsive people like me because it will wear off the enamel before everything lights up in the app), and most importantly, a fast charger. It charges in two and a half hours. It lasts for about 8 days. Also, it has a more premium travel case.
The Series 8 is not worth double the money or even +50%, but the fast charger is truly a game changer and should be in all models. You can't wait for 16 hours for the brush to charge, and charging it after each brushing leads to the battery's dissolution in a maximum of two years, as I learned with the previous one where I rushed to have the battery replaced to recover the investment I had made.

Στην αρχή κρατούσε περίπου 10 μέρες. (Βουρτσίζω πολύ, δίνει 2 εβδομάδες με 2 δίλεπτα την μέρα, εγώ έκανα 3 3λεπτα την ημέρα, οπότε εξαιρετική). Μετά από 2 εβδομάδες όμως κρατούσε 2 μέρες το πολύ. Συν του ότι έκανε 17 ώρες να φορτίσει!! (Within specs, 16 ώρες λέει η oral b)

Είχε παραπάνω οθόνη (whatever) αισθητήρα κίνησης για να σε κατευθύνει στο app (πλάκα έχει, όταν δουλεύει, αλλά δεν είναι για ψυχαναγκαστικούς σαν εμένα γιατί δε θα μείνει καθόλου σμάλτο μέχρι να αστράψουν όλα στο app) και κυρίως ταχυφορτιστή. Σε δυόμιση ώρες έχει φορτίσει. Μου κρατάει περίπου 8 μέρες. Επίσης πιο premium θήκη μεταφοράς.
Η Series 8 δεν αξίζει σε καμία περίπτωση τα διπλά λεφτά ή έστω και +50% αλλά ο ταχυφορτιστής είναι πραγματικά game changer και θα έπρεπε να είναι σε όλα τα μοντέλα. Δεν παίζει να περιμένεις 16 ώρες να φορτίσει η βούρτσα και το να την φορτίζεις μετά από κάθε πλύσιμο οδηγεί στη διάλυση της μπαταρίας το πολύ σε δύο χρόνια, όπως έμαθα με την προηγούμενη που έτρεχα να της κάνω εγχείρηση αλλαγής μπαταρίας για να κάνω απόσβεση την περιουσία που είχα δώσει.

Πολλή καλή οδοντόβουρτσα. Εύκολη στην χρήση, άνετη και αποδοτική. Τα επόμενα μοντέλα προσφέρουν υπερβολικά πολλά άχρηστα χαρακτηριστικά, που δεν χρειάζονται στην πλειοψηφία των ανθρώπων, μόνο σε ειδικές περιπτώσεις. Όσο για την τιμή, θα μπορούσε να πέσει 10-20€, αλλά εντάξει.
I bought the toothbrush as the cheapest of the iO series. It is very good in cleaning, really exceptional compared to an old but sturdy one I had in 2011 (Trizone Smartseries 5000). It has a pressure sensor that notifies you for both low and high pressure with the LED. Of course, this iO is not as advanced, but it does the basic job. I don't have an opinion on comparing it to more recent cheaper models, but I was satisfied.
Regarding the battery, it lasted for two weeks. In the beginning, it lasted about 10 days (I brush a lot, it gives 2 weeks with 2 minutes per day, I did 3 minutes per day, so it was excellent). After 2 weeks, though, it lasted a maximum of 2 days. Plus, it took 17 hours to charge!! (Within specs, Oral-B says 16 hours).
I contacted customer service and they told me that it hasn't been imported to Greece! However, they assured me that they will take care of me! Note that my issue seems to be extremely common, from what I understood. Oral-B's service is exceptional. They gave me what they had in front of them, a Series 8. It had an additional screen (whatever) and a motion sensor to guide you in the app (it's fun when it works, but it's not for compulsive people like me because it will wear off the enamel before everything lights up in the app), and most importantly, a fast charger. It charges in two and a half hours. It lasts for about 8 days. Also, it has a more premium travel case.
The Series 8 is not worth double the money or even +50%, but the fast charger is truly a game changer and should be in all models. You can't wait for 16 hours for the brush to charge, and charging it after each brushing leads to the battery's dissolution in a maximum of two years, as I learned with the previous one where I rushed to have the battery replaced to recover the investment I had made.
Πήρα την οδοντόβουρτσα ως την πιο φτηνή της σειράς iO. Στο καθάρισμα είναι πολύ καλή, πραγματικά εξαιρετική σε σχέση με μια αρχαία αλλά τούμπανη του 2011 που είχα (Trizone Smartseries 5000). Αισθητήρας πίεσης που σε ειδοποιεί και για τη λίγη και για την πολύ πίεση με το ledaki. Βέβαια δεν είναι και τόσο i αυτή η iO, αλλά τη βασική δουλειά την κάνει. Δεν έχω άποψη για σύγκριση με πιο πρόσφατες φθηνότερες, αλλά ήμουν ευχαριστημένος.
Για τις δύο εβδομάδες που κράτησε η μπαταρία.
Στην αρχή κρατούσε περίπου 10 μέρες. (Βουρτσίζω πολύ, δίνει 2 εβδομάδες με 2 δίλεπτα την μέρα, εγώ έκανα 3 3λεπτα την ημέρα, οπότε εξαιρετική). Μετά από 2 εβδομάδες όμως κρατούσε 2 μέρες το πολύ. Συν του ότι έκανε 17 ώρες να φορτίσει!! (Within specs, 16 ώρες λέει η oral b)
Επικοινωνώ με το service και μου λένε που τη βρήκες αυτή, δεν έχει εισαχθεί στην Ελλάδα!
Παρόλα αυτά, θα σε καλύψουμε! Σημειώστε ότι το πρόβλημά μου είναι εξαιρετικά συχνό απ'΄ ότι κατάλαβα. Εξαιρετικό το service της Oral-B. Μου έδωσαν ότι είχαν μπροστά τους, μια Series 8. Είχε παραπάνω οθόνη (whatever) αισθητήρα κίνησης για να σε κατευθύνει στο app (πλάκα έχει, όταν δουλεύει, αλλά δεν είναι για ψυχαναγκαστικούς σαν εμένα γιατί δε θα μείνει καθόλου σμάλτο μέχρι να αστράψουν όλα στο app) και κυρίως ταχυφορτιστή. Σε δυόμιση ώρες έχει φορτίσει. Μου κρατάει περίπου 8 μέρες. Επίσης πιο premium θήκη μεταφοράς.
Η Series 8 δεν αξίζει σε καμία περίπτωση τα διπλά λεφτά ή έστω και +50% αλλά ο ταχυφορτιστής είναι πραγματικά game changer και θα έπρεπε να είναι σε όλα τα μοντέλα. Δεν παίζει να περιμένεις 16 ώρες να φορτίσει η βούρτσα και το να την φορτίζεις μετά από κάθε πλύσιμο οδηγεί στη διάλυση της μπαταρίας το πολύ σε δύο χρόνια, όπως έμαθα με την προηγούμενη που έτρεχα να της κάνω εγχείρηση αλλαγής μπαταρίας για να κάνω απόσβεση την περιουσία που είχα δώσει.
