PGI Macedonia

Evil Eye is a premium rosé wine made from 100% Xinomavro, which can be enjoyed with a meal or on its own as an aperitif. During winemaking, the fresh aromas of the variety are highlighted, while high acidity is combined with the creaminess that is created thanks to the battonage with the lees for 5 months.

Reviews by our members

  • The wine presents complex aromatic elements, such as:

    Mandarin, melon, tomato leaves

    Herbal notes and floral aromas.

    ---

    Taste / Palate

    In the mouth it is:

Fresh and lively, with intense acidity that highlights the fruity character.

The aftertaste is clean, refreshing with a light floral touch.

From the blog of Nico Lazaridi, it is mentioned that it has full structure (full mouth), pleasant acidity and a long, invigorating aftertaste.
