The WASH PRIMER is a 2-component primer based on special synthetic resins for ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces.

Consumption: 14-15 m²/kg (for dry film 10 μm)

It is used primarily for priming non-ferrous surfaces such as aluminum, copper, zinc, as well as galvanized sheet metal, in order to improve adhesion. It also provides very good anti-corrosive properties and high water resistance. It is thinned with Thinner LS-702.

Application Steps

• Step 1: Mix the two components in a ratio of 4 parts A component to 1 part B component and thin approximately 20% with Thinner LS-702.
• Step 2: Apply a thin layer to the well-cleaned surface using a spray gun, with a thickness of 10-15 microns dry film.
• Step 3: Dries in 15-30 minutes to the touch without smudging.
• Step 4: Once dry, we can paint with the appropriate color.
• Step 5: Repaint after 6 hours.
