The Dynair Extreme - made in Germany - is the largest member of the Dynair family. With a diameter of 80 cm and a height of 18 cm, it fits perfectly as a meditation cushion and seating pad. The smooth vibrations are immediately absorbed by the cushion and transmitted to the spine. To maintain a calm seated position, continuous small adjustment movements must be made, which challenge the spinal muscles and core muscles.
