Excellent gym shoe, zero drop with incredible lateral support, ideal for deadlifts, squats, leg presses, and generally anything related to legs, without lacking in all other aspects as the sole literally sticks to all surfaces, also the strap it has makes the fit even better, personally I wear 42 2/3 but in this specific one 42 would be fine, generally this shoe has a very comfortable toe box and those who want a tighter fit can go down half a size.

As described, because it is a bit wider in the front than usual, we can choose half a size smaller, for example, I usually take size 44 1/3 in adidas samba, here I took 44 because there was no 43 2/3 and it turned out just right.

Drop

Drop

It mainly concerns running shoes and is the difference in height (in millimeters) between the heel and the front part of the shoe. Shoes with a large Drop offer increased protection for those who land on their heel, while those with a smaller Drop provide a more natural stride that comes closer to the feeling of barefoot running.
