    Quite good... I haven't used this specific one yet because I got it as a backup for the same one I've had running for sewage for 3 years. Tighten all the screws as soon as you get it... if you want it for a cesspit, it needs to be taken out and cleaned every so often because its blade doesn't really mince hair and it accumulates on it, causing it to get stuck. The positive is that it has a thermal switch and in the control box the safety trips so you notice it.
