The Carrot Oil is particularly rich in Beta-Carotene, antioxidants, vitamins A, B, C, D & E, as well as fatty acids (mainly Petroselinic Acid). 

For this reason, it is considered one of the top oils for skincare. It moisturizes, nourishes, and at the same time contributes decisively to the healing and regeneration of tired and "aged" skin, as well as to the revitalization of hair.

It is used in numerous cosmetic products. In moisturizing and anti-aging creams and lotions, in hair care products, as well as in lip balms and soaps. Due to its unique combination of Beta-Carotene and vitamins, it is widely used in after-sun products as well as in cosmetics aimed at mature skin care.

It has a deep red color (indicative of its quality) and for this reason, it can be used as a "natural dye" in the production of soaps and other bath products. Due to this fact, it is rarely used alone - it can "stain" the skin - usually in cosmetics, it is used in a percentage of 2-5% in a base product.

It is used either alone or in combination with other base oils for even better results. Finally, it is important to know that base oils are essential in aromatherapy in order to serve as the "carrier" to which essential oils will be added.
