Powerful for its size. I wouldn't say it makes a lot of noise. The clip is not very strong, due to its weight.

The base arrived broken and besides that, the fan is big and heavy, suitable only for a very large desk

For the money I paid, it's just fine.
I bought 2. I put them on the kids' bunk beds.
At first it was falling off but I tightened a metal nut that holds the fan to the clip and it's ok now.
I put one under the slats of the top bed upside down and the other on the wood of the top bed.
The material is nothing special, although I knew that for the money I paid, but it does its job.

It is very lightweight and the center of gravity is very high, resulting in it falling while the clip cannot hold all its weight and....it falls.

A simple fan, perfect for the office. The sound doesn't bother me, you can't call it silent. I didn't expect better materials at this price. The little stand seems unstable to me, but time will tell how stable it will remain. Also, the stand can be used as a base if you want to just place it on the surface. Very practical.

Elegant little fan with a very useful base - handle. Provides a lot of coolness even on the low setting. It has an option to rotate or stay stationary. I don't hear any annoying noise and I generally have an issue with noises, so for a fan, it's very good compared to others.

I deducted one star because there are small imperfections in the plastic, typical of the well-known cheap manufacturing country.

For the limited space it is intended for, it is exactly what it should be. It does its job. It shows good quality in its plastics. I hope it will hold up over time.
