You don't need anything else, unless you are so picky, then you go for more expensive bands.

I have had it for about 3-4 months. My biggest complaint is that it often and easily unhooks, resulting in it coming off many times while I sleep and several times during various activities. It's only a matter of time before it falls off without me realizing it and I lose it.
Also, I think its measurements are a bit all over the place... aside from measuring time duration, I don't think it's worth it if you really want to have an idea of sleep quality, heart rates during workouts, etc. Of course, for its price, you don't expect much. For a basic overview, it's good, but for extensive use, I wouldn't say it's worth the effort.

I got it for work to see approximately the steps I take. Many scientific tests have been done, and it is not the most accurate band you can get, neither for the heart rate nor for the steps, so don't blindly trust the numbers it says. Nevertheless, I would recommend it with reservations about the numbers

Settings often get lost from accidental touches on the screen. I bought a strap from another company. Difficult to record sleep accurately. It has a menu for all sports. Compared to the mi5, it's better, but the calorie measurement has an increasing trend. Overall, a very good impression and many features.

I got it, the touch screen broke after a year.. they replaced it for me.. I got the newest model.. this one broke suddenly after a year too.. (fortunately both were under warranty).. in the end, I got my money back..

I had the band 4, which after a lot of use and misuse, the screen cracked. I replaced it with the 7. Better screen, many more functions, user-friendly, and equally durable I would say. The battery might have lasted a bit longer with the 4, but that’s reasonable since it had a smaller screen and fewer functions. Still, of course, very satisfied with the battery though.

While compared to my mi band 5, I really like the larger screen and more functions of this one, it barely lasts me 5 days with most functions disabled. While the band 5 lasted me almost 8 days

It sticks badly, it's the worst that has come out in mi band. Better get another series, the 6 or the 8 are much better. Stay away from the seven!

After a year of use, it still works very well. Perfect and waterproof even in the sea. The strap, like all mi bands, broke and I bought a new one. Nevertheless, it still works very well.

For some reason, when disconnected from the phone, it wouldn't let me reconnect. The only way to reconnect was to reset the watch to factory settings. Also, the strap easily came undone, resulting in me losing it the first time I used it in the sea.

I have had it for almost a year, it hasn't had any issues. The battery lasts around 4-5 days with all the measurements activated, including the screen turning on with wrist movement and frequent notifications (I have it set to vibrate and turn on the screen).

It has amazing accuracy in sleep tracking. Now, for measurements like heart rate, etc. I can't know how accurate it is, but I think it does its job. The only thing that has bothered me is that sometimes the weather doesn't update, or when it is updated, it doesn't show UV Index and humidity data, which personally interest me a lot. But usually, when I simply sync it from my phone, it will be updated within 5 minutes

Very decent choice for the budget it is aimed at. Xiaomi offers a very reliable option for a cheap but quality solution. It is exactly what you pay for. You buy a budget smartwatch and it is definitely the best choice you can make. Obviously, the measurements are not excellent, but you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend it for trying out the idea of smartwatches or for measuring steps, heart rate, etc. Its battery is quite small and it can become tiring, and besides its features, it is not aesthetically pleasing (in my opinion).

The oxygen measurement is not very accurate (I have a specialized oximeter), but overall it is a good watch. I bought it for my children and they are quite satisfied.
