I would give it 5 stars because it is a really good machine, however it does not have support in Greece. Specifically, I needed to buy rubber rings for the pressure cooker (here: https://www.ninjakitchen.de/produkte/silikon-ringe-zid4477GX600EUUK) but the English company does not ship them to Greece, and the official representative ([email protected]) told me that the factory does not send them this spare part. However, the rubber ring will eventually need to be replaced and then I will have to fly to England to buy it! It should not be sold in Greece with such poor support.
