I decided to try this product because I was taking another one from a different company that was being advertised a lot....With this one I saw a big difference!!!! I take two capsules and it helps me a lot. It does what it promises!!!!!!

I have been using it for a long time and honestly it has helped me..now I am maintaining with one capsule a day. At first, when I had a more intense problem with daily diarrhea, I was taking two capsules. It definitely takes a month to see results, but compared to another probiotic I took that cost three times as much and did nothing, this one calmed me down. However, not all probiotics work for everyone.

As others say, after a few days you notice a difference, it does what it promises. I would buy it again.

Excellent for normal use. For periods of stress, etc., double capsule is needed, there are better products but they are much more expensive. Long-term use will show and I might raise it to 5 stars.
