Terrible smell and it is not for when you already have a problem with your feet, but for prevention and avoiding problems. If you already have irritation, choose another product. The sandals and shoes absorbed the smell and it took a month for them to lose it!

I bought it for running, to avoid blisters. These are created if the foot moves inside the shoe and rubs against the sole. In the end, the cream didn't help at all. On the contrary, actually. I applied it between and under my toes, following the instructions. Eventually, it burned my skin where I applied it. From the first or second use, it was evident that it was harmful to the skin. After the third use, I stopped using it, but it was too late. The areas where I used it, my skin changed.

In the end, to avoid this rubbing of the foot, I bought very good athletic socks and learned how to tie my running shoes correctly. Look up how to use the top hole on athletic shoes.

A pharmacist gave it to me in 4 small packets as a sample. What I had was due to prolonged use of shoes, bad odor, and cracks between the toes. Daily washing with dettol and applying the cream completely soothes the foot. The cream, after 10 hours, is still on the sole, keeping the foot dry and fresh. It is somewhat expensive but definitely worth it and more.

It is applied before long-lasting activity (hiking/walking) and prevents friction on the feet that causes calluses, blisters, and irritations. I used it during a hiking trip in Pindos (190 km) with early blisters on my toes and simply forgot about the pain/burning sensation. It makes more sense for cases where the kilometers are many (over 20-25) and the daily wear and tear is significant.
