Sharpening set that includes:

  • One sharpening stone 1000/6000
  • One base for the stone
  • One special water container with a nozzle, suitable for applying water to the stone

Features:

  • The stone is made of high-quality corundum (AI203) and ensures excellent results.
  • The base offers comfort and stability during use.
  • Ideal for knives with stainless steel blades.
  • Dimensions: 30 cm x 11.8 cm x (height) 7 cm.
  • Suitable for hardness up to 65 HRC.

Regarding sharpening with a stone, there are some basic rules:

  • Before use, soak the stone in water for 24 hours.
  • Always follow the same angle and method of sharpening.
  • During sharpening, sprinkle a little water while wiping the blade with a damp cloth.
