Very good, I put one tablespoon in a kilogram of small beans or black beluga lentils and no other spices are needed, just a little smoked paprika at the end and fresh ginger and I have a perfect Indian dish.

It's a very concentrated flavor, I think this one package will last me forever, you only need maybe 1 teaspoon or less for a whole pot of meat.

Very tasty and useful! It can be used with coconut milk and some other ingredient/s to make a very tasty curry dish with rice. I use it often in marinades for meat or in casserole dishes instead of curry powder. It is not very spicy.
