I bought one, and after a few days, it stopped lighting the white light (only the colored ones were blinking). I thought it happened to be defective, and due to the low price, I bought another one. The same thing happened again... Additionally, it is not rotating. It has two switches: one turns on a steady white light (the one I said burned out again), and the other blinks three that consist of three colors (red, blue, green).
