I ate very little and couldn't digest. After a week of continuous use, I take 3 capsules every morning, which I open and dissolve in 1 large cup of warm water from the night before and drink it in the morning, the symptoms almost disappeared. Its taste is earthy, not bad. I can eat normally without feeling sick. My bowel movements normalized but in combination with 2 dried prunes that I eat every night after soaking them since morning and then drinking their water. The gastroscopy showed a very poor condition of the stomach lining. I am not in pain anymore. I feel that this, with the protective gel it creates internally, will improve it over time. Maybe I will look for bulk elm powder which is much cheaper. A teaspoon a day on an empty stomach in the morning in a glass of water is enough.
