The only negative I noticed is that it makes a noise like a Scania bi-turbo blowing, honestly I got scared because for nine years we had another Philips with a boiler and it was silent, unfortunately its pump gave out. Other than that, everything is fine, time will tell. In terms of appearance, it is impressive and light as a device, but as an iron it is a bit heavy because it probably has the pump on the iron and not on the boiler, so you have to hold the weight in your hands, it's not like the old ones... you see, new technology and absolutely respectable, they must know something more.
