Wait 5-10 minutes for a portion to be absorbed and spread the rest with your fingers. When the cream is fully absorbed, it really provides very good protection. At the end of the walk or work, remove it after bathing as it will cause dehydration. Also, the hours indicator does not mean that it lasts for that many hours, but it shows us the intensity of performance.
