Maybe if it had a thinner thread, it would remove the hairs. You don't have the ability to change the thread, it has 10 replacements which I don't know if they are available in the market.

The issue is not the pain because if you haven't done threading before, okay yes it hurts! But indeed, after the first use, the thread loosens and does not do a good job at all... It's a question if it will remove a hair personally I didn't feel any pain. Maybe it irritated me on the first use because it only worked then.. for anyone interested, I do not recommend it because it doesn't even remove the mustache properly.. it's worth the money only from the perspective that yes, you won't use it again but at least you won't cry about it!
