Benefits

Bromelain:

• Increases the production of prostaglandins with anti-inflammatory action.
• Inhibits the conversion of kininogen to kinin.
• Stimulates PGE 1: Selectively inhibits platelet aggregation and thus blood clotting.

Boswellic Acid (pentacyclic triterpene):

• Selectively inhibits 5-lipoxygenase, preventing the synthesis of leukotriene B4 (chronic inflammation phase receptor) as well as leukotrienes C4, D4, E4 (acute inflammation phase receptors).
• Does not inhibit the synthesis of gastroprotective prostaglandins.
• Inhibits the migration of polymorphonuclear cells and the release of proteolytic enzymes.

Coumarin:

• Acts on the lymphatic system due to its ability to increase the proteolytic activity of macrophages.
• Reduces the catabolism of catecholamines (adrenaline) at the vascular level and thus contributes to the improvement of vessel contraction ability and the reduction of swelling and pain.
