Very strong product, the platinum standard (it says gold standard but in the images it shows platinum, and I received the platinum). It provides adequate doses of all its ingredients with the recommended intake of 3 scoops (21g). Perhaps it does not last as long as someone who uses it on a daily basis would like, and not only for tough workouts with little energy. The 200mg of caffeine make it ideal for morning workouts. Taking it later in the day may reduce the quality of your sleep, hindering recovery from workouts.

Correct ingredient dosages and very tasty, with the 3 scoops mentioned on the packaging it works very well and even the heaviest leg workout becomes much easier

I am fully satisfied with the product. The fruit punch flavor is amazing, it's like drinking juice. Overall, I use it for running (5-20 km) and combined with a gel (depending on the distance), it gives me enough energy to complete the entire exercise. I rarely use it in the gym, but even there it provides enough energy to do more reps.
