Specifications: enhances network coverage up to 1300 square meters. (probably means in a field).
Result: it doesn't even cover 100 sq.m. with 5G. The 2.4GHz is better but in no case does it cover a country house in outdoor areas.

And this, like every other TP-Link extender, almost two years after first use starts disconnecting every 10 minutes! These devices have a short lifespan. I switched to a TP-Link Mesh again and so far it's like night and day

I am puzzled by the reviews, terrible product, I used it as a repeater in an existing WIFI network and the devices constantly lose internet for a few seconds.

Don't buy it, go for a wifi mesh system.

I come from the technology sector and I know about networks, so there was nothing I didn't try to make it work, channel changes, disabling one band like 2.4GHz and running only on 5GHz, nothing, I tried the opposite too, nothing worked properly.
Upgrade to firmware, same issues.

I removed it and installed wifi mesh and finally found peace, specifically the deco x60, which doesn't let you change any settings like channels, wifi steering, etc. (it's for dads who don't know about these things) but it is rock solid, all devices have stable internet.

After 1 year it collapsed! Now it loses networks at frequent intervals. Back to the good old 450 and this one is going to be replaced so I can try it again.

After about 1.5 years of use, I can say that for the space where it has been applied (a single level), it works incredibly well and steadily. I haven't had a single disconnection or instability. It's nothing like any relatively cheap powerline I had used in the past.

It sends a very good signal from floor to floor; however, like with two other older tp link models, after about a year of use it loses connection with the router (whether I have it as an access point-ethernet or as a range extender-wifi) every half to one hour and I constantly have to unplug it and plug it back into the socket.

It works perfectly with Starlink, 20 meters away from the Starlink router with a speed drop of 10%. It also provides a strong signal on the upper floor and throughout the yard in a 200 sqm house.

It keeps kicking me out of the network. I am not satisfied!! If you have anything else to suggest for the upstairs. I have 200mbps

Please read my review, I hope I helped and that you won't be fooled if you have a fiber line. Initially, the product is easy to use and easy to set up. The problem is that I get 900 Mbps with Ethernet and only about 200-300 from my phone with Wi-Fi without the extender. The extender does have good signal range and several remote devices can connect, but the speeds are 6-20 Mbps. Therefore, paying a lot of money for fiber and having spent quite a bit on this product to only get 6-20 Mbps is not worth it. I do not recommend it to those who have a fiber line (Note: the router and extender are relatively close, so distance is not the issue)

Good product, good range and relatively quick response. But in the 5 months that I have it, it often goes offline. I have measured that each month I restart it at least 4 times to reconnect it to the router.

Very good at first, then it loses range and signal, a waste of money, I had this performance even with just the router.

I had an issue with the wifi not reaching the balconies and the bedroom, which is at the other end of the 160 sq.m house, and at first, I used the wl854 and the re 305 from tp link without success! My next choice was the power line from devolo, which worked, all good until I got e27 cameras that fit into the sockets of the spots on the balconies, there for some unknown reason they didn't "see" the devolo!!! (while some Xiaomi cameras I had were okay, they "saw") only with the router, which was weak, did they connect, and I had continuous interruptions. I got the 605 with reservations due to the bad previous experience I had with the company and I thought it was right to go for the more expensive model so there would be no excuse for possible failure! Well, I saw a huge difference! all the cameras online with good responses and we're talking about simple vdsl copper 50, get it, it's worth it. I cut one star for the app that whenever it wants shows me the devices on the network!

I had a D-link, it suddenly disconnected, and it never connected again. I preferred this one after reading reviews, and I was justified. It connected in record time, it reaches everywhere in the house, from the 1st floor to the street. Very good choice. It's a bit big, and because I have a switch above the socket, I put it upside down. Very satisfied

We had bought another model from the same company for less money, which barely gave 70mbps on a 200 line! With this one, in a room with a decent distance from the router, we easily get 170-180mbps. It's worth spending the extra 20-30€ and buying this one instead of the cheaper options from TP-Link.

Fantastic, it does exactly what it promises. I have bought two, I have set them up for 2 months and they haven't disconnected even once. I struggled with small extenders with frequent disconnections and very low speeds. This particular device delivers whatever speed it receives with fantastic range. I have placed it on the first floor and it covers the ground floor and the second floor excellently. Highly recommended if you want to get rid of disconnections and poor speed quality! Worth every euro

Very sophisticated, one of the best on the market, it is very large, sturdy, and of good quality. The plug is Schuko, while the 450 is a simple bipolar and thick. It has very good range, around 80 meters in a straight line, but for me, the 450 covers my needs and is almost half the price of this one. The speed on the 450 is 1,750, while this one is 2,600. If someone really needs to go that high, prefer this one. The power consumption while it is working is 6 watts, while the 450 model is at 3.3 watts. Very easy installation and very easy reconnection; by unplugging it and plugging it somewhere else, it connects automatically in less than a minute. It heats up a lot, just like the 200 series, because it is adjustable peripherally and from the back side

I have it in the basement of a maisonette. It loses connection with the router very often and needs regular restart. When it doesn't have connection issues, it is very good with great range. With a previous cheaper device, I didn't have such problems, it just didn't provide a great range.

Excellent in everything it should do. The only negative for me is that it is bulky and insensitive, and unfortunately it gets better signal in a visible socket. This annoys me, but it can be overcome... I would prefer a more discreet shape and not emit so much blue light.

I have been using the small extenders for 1 year now. I constantly had problems. The main problem I faced was that while my router gave me a speed of 40, the extender only gave me 1.5. Sometimes even less than 1. After restarting the router and the extender, I had okay internet for a few hours, but with a speed of around 8. I got frustrated and after reading the reviews about the RE650, I said I will buy it no matter what. Since I installed it in my house a week ago, I have had excellent internet. No disconnections, no restarts on the router. It solved my problems. The speed it gives me is almost the same as the router.

What we need is simply
A stable and permanent signal
Give the extra 30€ to do your job!!!

I got it to connect the cameras in the parking lot across from the house! I placed it on the balcony and it reaches 25+ meters across! Amazing signal!!! Of course, when walls are in between, it's logical to lose signal! In an open field, however, it captures flawlessly

I have placed it on the fourth floor on the balcony and the WiFi reaches the parking lot of the building. It does not lose connection with the router.

Either I'm doing something wrong or the machine is rubbish. I bought it because it claimed to have a long range. We have two floors. Whether we connect directly from the router or through the extender, it's the same. We got it to have a better signal on the other floor. It didn't help. If anyone has any advice, it would be welcome

Impressive range and performance! The router is in the garage, the extender is in the living room 8m away with a wall in between, and it has signal everywhere in the rooms! Even in a second room with 2 walls in between. I am truly impressed!!! The line reaches 50mbps and in the second room, I get 46mbps!!! The connection is very easy, the instructions are very clear. I haven't encountered any problems anywhere!

For the past 5 years, I constantly had issues with the small TPlink repeaters. Periodic disconnections every 40-60 minutes, forced restarts, network errors, and slow speeds. Since I got this beast, everything has been resolved. Not a single disconnection, 20% faster speeds. Truly worry-free. 100 euros may not be a small amount, but if it's for work or gaming, it's worth every cent.

The best thing I have bought. I really had a lot of issues with daily disconnections and frequent restarts with the small extenders from tlink to get them working properly every day.
With this beast, I have no problems at all, no disconnections for a month now, no decrease in internet speed, and full signal in the house, which is two floors (190 sq.m). It's really worth the money

In a strange way, at 2.4 it is slower than the 850 of the same company, but at 5.0 MHz it is not reachable
