It was purchased for simple backup and (more importantly) as a media center so that my main computer doesn't have to be open.
I only used one disk to start with.
Installed with container sonarr, radarr, jackett, jdownloader, and from the app center plex and qbittorrent (which goes through a VPN).
It works flawlessly with all of these. The response is not as fast as a PC, but it is satisfactory.
It mainly handles 4k content, which Plex sends to a smart TV. There is only a slight delay in seeking, but not enough to be bothersome.
For its price, I think it is a very good solution.
Update
After 1 month of use, I noticed some delays and the disk was working a lot. I did some checks and it was normal since everything was happening on one disk. Downloading, playback, and loading of applications (plex, sonarr, radarr have databases that require throughput).
I added a small SSD and moved all the containers and as many applications as possible there (to avoid starting from scratch) and all the problems were solved.

Δουλεύει άψογα με όλα αυτά. Δεν είναι αστραπιαία η απόκριση όπως σε έναν ΗΥ αλλά είναι ικανοποιητική
Διαχειρίζεται κυρίως τλικό 4k το οποίο μέψω Plex στέλνει σε μια smart Tv. Υπάρχει μόνο μια ελαφριά καθυστέρηση στο seek αλλά όχι αρκετή για να ενοχλήσει. ΄
Για τα λεφτά του νομίζω είναι πάρα πολύ καλή λύση.
Update
Μετά από 1 μήνα χρήσης διαπίστωσα πως υπήρχαν κάποιες καθστερήσεις και ο δίσκος δούλευε πάρα πολύ. Έκανα λίγους ελέγχους και αυτό ήταν φυσιολογικό καθώς όλα γίνονταν σε ένα δίσκο. Και το κατέβασμα, και η αναπαραγωγή και το φόρτωμα των εφαρμογών (plex, sonarr, radarr έχουν databases που θέλουν throughput).
Πρόσθεσα έναν μικρό ssd και μετέφερα εκεί όλα τα containers και όσες εφαρμογές γινόταν (για να μην το ξανσστήσω από την αρχή) και όλα τα προβλήματα λυθηκαν.
