HYPERSEAL®-EXPERT 150 is an innovative polyurethane sealant for sealing expansion joints. It is designed to provide a sealant with almost zero swelling stress under very difficult weather conditions. The material has excellent thixotropy and can be applied to very large vertical joints. It polymerizes through a reaction with atmospheric moisture and produces a sealant with a low modulus of elasticity (50% joint movement accommodation factor) with excellent adhesion to substrates traditionally difficult for polyurethane, such as glass, aluminum, polycarbonates, etc. The extrusion and application of the sealant (with a propellant gun) remain equally easy regardless of climatic conditions, so the sealant is easy to use even during the winter months in very low temperatures.
