It is manufactured according to Henkel's FlexTec technology, which is a hybrid polymer technology, durable, fast, and strong, designed for high-quality elastic sealants and multi-purpose adhesives.
- SP101 Sanitary is a mold-resistant sealant with adhesive properties, for applications in sanitary ware.
- Suitable for almost all construction materials such as tiles, ceramics, natural stone, metal, mirrors, many plastics, bricks, concrete, wood, etc.
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, for joints under water pressure or permanent immersion in water as well as glass panes.
- Ideal for use in bathrooms and sanitary ware.
- Can be applied at temperatures from +5°C to +40°C. Can be applied on wet surfaces.
- Substrates must be clean, free of oils, greases, dust, and loose particles.
- Remove residues of old sealant/adhesive if present.
- Apply the product in strips or spots on the bonding surface at intervals of a few centimeters and press the materials together.
- Drying time for full drying: 2mm/24 hours
- Application temperature: from +5°C to +40°C
- Temperature resistance: from -40°C to +80°C
