Very strong to the point that after about a week of daily use it caused sores inside my mouth and sensitivity in the teeth where I have exposed roots. Also, as others have mentioned, it leaves blue particles on the tongue and teeth. The biggest disappointment I have ever had from a Colgate product, even though I hold the brand in high regard for its oral hygiene products, but for this particular mouthwash, it would be good if they reconsidered its formulation.

Very good ingredients, especially for those suffering from aphthae. Very pleasant taste also. Highly recommend.

While I really like it as a product (taste + effectiveness), it is true that it leaves blue bits, which for me, as someone who wears braces, might be a slightly bigger problem, as they often get tangled in the wire. They are removed relatively easily with a final pass with the toothbrush. Other than that, I like that it doesn't "burn" like other solutions that contain various strong alcohols. It is economical and quite good for typical gum care. If the bits don't bother you, I recommend it.

Caution with prolonged use of the solution (e.g., months) as there have been reports of a tendency to vomit possibly due to taste. Do not use the product for a long time without your doctor's update/permission!!!!!!!

Stay away from this solution. After a week, you get pain in the inner cheeks and under the ear in the lower jaw.

I don't think I will choose this particular mouthwash again. It doesn't leave a fresh breath at all, it actually leaves the mouth dry. As for gum bleeding, it does something if you use it morning and night, but nothing more than what others do. It's not anything special.
