I do not recommend the product for one reason only. The capsules are not soft as stated and are unacceptably huge. I have no problem swallowing and twice I almost choked, so I threw them away.

    It does not work as a fat burner but helps fat metabolism only when consumed with fatty foods - mainly meals. It helps the bile if there are sediment/sludge issues and I saw minimal help in weight loss.

    I take it for fat metabolism. I haven't gained the slightest bit of weight for a year now. I don't make any special effort. I eat normally in moderation, a little bit of everything.
