Very good choice of fish oil, especially because it provides 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA per capsule, so it has substantial content of the main omega-3s and not just a generic “1000 mg fish oil.”

Its strong point is that it is molecularly distilled, enteric coated, and odor controlled, so it is more refined in purity and friendlier for those bothered by fishy taste, burping, or stomach discomfort.

Overall, though, it is one of the most honest choices in omega-3, especially if you care about good EPA/DHA content and better tolerance.

One of the most potent omega 3 doses is the Ultra from Now Foods, at a very affordable price with 90 caps. If you have a problem with triglycerides, I highly recommend it, just be careful when swallowing as it is very large and requires a lot of water to go down. Otherwise, it is also recommended as a medicine by doctors for fat loss, mainly in the abdominal area, with a decrease in triglycerides and an increase in good cholesterol.

I started taking this (2 pills a day) along with my gym program and reduction in my food consumption. In the photo it says Molecularly Distilled, but when you receive it you realize that it is not Molecularly Distilled. THIS IS NOT A SMALL MISTAKE, IT'S A SHAME. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY

Excellent product, for those who have taken something similar, they understand the difference.
It doesn't cause burping like other similar products.
I have no issues with digestion.

It is relatively easy to swallow but I did not see a huge difference in the dryness around the nose which is a result of the difference in Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio (should normally be 50-50). I will consider getting it again.

It does what it promises regarding heart protection, cholesterol regulation, and triglycerides, as the concentrations of EPA and DHA are quite high.
BUT, how is it possible that in just two months, from February 2022 when it cost €17.50, it was found in May at €24, a €6 increase, which is quite puzzling... So no, I wouldn't buy it again unless it returns to a reasonable price, as the trend of increases lacks logic for some products.
There are other Omega 3s.

Edit: And they continue the increases on 4/5/23 to €28, alright... Fortunately, there is also the foreign market.

Personally, I take it for my eyes and find it extremely effective (dry eyes, computer stress, etc.)
