I have been using them for years, although in between I have also tried other brands. I consider these and the Health Aid ones to be top-notch. At least they have an effect on me. They are not meant to give energy; if someone is looking for that, they should look for another product. They simply provide basic vitamins that help the body in the difficult everyday life.

Unacceptable. I was taking it on a full stomach and it didn't bother me. However, its effectiveness is negligible. I didn't feel any difference. Whether I took it or not, it was the same thing. Additionally, every time my wife and I took it, we felt drowsy. Draw your own conclusions.

They do what they promise.

These particular vitamins seem to help improve mood, but also slightly with concentration and decision-making. They don't work miracles, but you will notice a small improvement. However, when I take a whole pill, I feel that it burdens me quite a bit, I feel anxious for no reason and they cause me restlessness, so I cut the pills in half. The right dosage for me was with the effervescent ones, which have almost half the ingredients of the pills, but they're not cost-effective and after a while you get fed up drinking chemical juice...

So I prefer these pills, but I cut them in half, so they also last longer, without side effects. Having been disappointed by another supplement I tried recently that promised a lot for concentration and improvement of cognitive functions, memory, etc., I returned to these vitamins, which at least make me feel a little better.

We take these vitamins for the whole family, they have the right dosage and are quite affordable. They also have a pleasant smell, and until I swallow it, I feel a relatively pleasant taste. I wouldn't change them for anything.

Labmerts generally has a good reputation for vitamin products, but having a good name is not enough to be right and offer something good. Its vitamins are overpriced, I have tried other brands as well. Some are good, but very expensive without the corresponding result.

I can't know about its effectiveness but theoretically at least it contains a plethora of elements and vitamins. It has a good price per capsule (daily dose) and because it is a pill you can take it quickly without waiting for it to dissolve like effervescent ones. I had the lamberts A to Z, I am 22 and they were recommended by the endocrinologist. I don't understand those who take vitamins for "energy". Guys, they're not batteries, they're vitamins that the body utilizes differently. Any idea of energy is a placebo. The majority of the product's trace elements are in the form of oxides. Read the analysis. It's not the best. Additionally, don't focus on the mg. The actual essential trace element is much less due to compound and lower quality. Some vitamins, such as vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid, don't function well on their own. No relatively normal person on Earth is deficient in all vitamins and trace elements together. It's simple logic! Multi-trace element vitamins require caution in intake, therefore!! Exceeding the recommended intake limits of certain vitamins and trace elements can have opposite results and be toxic.

Normally, they shouldn't have them together with a common rating as they are different products. The effervescent tablets have up to 100% RDA while these tablets have in several vitamins (D3 and B12) 200% RDA.

I haven't tried the effervescent tablets yet... but the tablets that I have been taking for 2 weeks now, I can say that I have noticed a noticeable difference in energy and concentration.

I take them after lunch as a supplement because I have a problem with gastritis and I eat small and few quantities of specific foods (for a period of time) to provide some vitamins that may be missing... I didn't see any problem... I take them for 15 days and have 5 days off, or if you prefer, 30 days on and 10 days off to give some rest to the body, a few days without them... They dissolve quickly, nice taste, also nice smell inside the box, I enjoy opening it and smelling them... Good price and the packaging of 60 is more economical than the packaging of 30...
