If you connect your iPod to your stereo system, speakers, or TV, then your Apple Remote allows you to listen to your songs and display your slideshows or videos while sitting comfortably on your couch. Simply connect your iPod to the Universal Dock and choose a playlist, slideshow, or video. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy your music. The Apple Remote offers play/pause, forward/back commands, and allows you to control the volume.
