The threads keep getting stuck, the thread breaks, sometimes it doesn't sew (the fabric just passes through the needle but the thread doesn't go through), sometimes it sews and makes knots underneath, the instructions don't specify exactly what settings to change for each fabric, resulting in me not understanding if I'm doing something wrong or not (if the videos on the internet do what I do) no, not again!

Replaced a singer promise 1408. Very easy to use and comfortably sews 2-3 layers of denim without straining the motor, using the appropriate needle. For thicker fabrics, I use the special plastic attachment I bought, without any problems. The built-in accessory compartment is very convenient, as it opens without needing to remove the plate. The construction of small items such as pouches, wallets, etc., as well as fabric bags, has become infinitely easier. The 3-position needle adjustment is also very convenient.
The only drawback I find is that the foot does not lift high enough, so it is a bit difficult when you need to release, for example, 2 layers of reinforced denim.
