Simply amazing sauce! It contains the authentic, classic Tabasco sauce (hot peppers, salt, vinegar), which gives it a balance in acidity due to the vinegar, as its main flavor is slightly sweet. The first impression (the first 2 seconds) is the sweetness and the aromas of pineapple and guava. Fantastic pairing with meat, chicken, red sauces! Generally, the sauce pairs better with dishes rich in fat (unlike the classic or very mild Jalapeño, which easily go with salads, fish, etc.). However, the Scorpion, with its intense red color and rich texture, "calls" to accompany similarly rich-flavored dishes: stews, meats, and baked legumes, etc. Last - and most importantly - the intensity of the Scorpion pepper: hellish! After the first few seconds, the burn hits relentlessly, and be very careful, it has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the classic Tabasco sauce. In minimal quantity, you will feel a burn that most simply cannot endure. If you dare... to test your courage (we're talking about 1-2 drops on a bite), you will feel numbness in your neck and fingertips. An experience only for lovers of VERY hot things. Surely the first few times you try it will be unforgettable, I'm not exaggerating, this sauce is not something one experiences often.
